Mom.life is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth of our mobile app in key markets. The ideal candidate will have experience with consumer mobile apps and be savvy, scrappy, bold and thrive in an early-stage startup environment where you can make a meaningful impact. As the first hire on this team, you will need to be both strategic and tactical and comfortable being hands-on with a wide range of responsibilities.
Development of overall user growth strategy
User segmentation and targeting
Multi-channel campaign development, testing and optimization across paid, earned and owned channels
Measurement and reporting across all channels
Close collaboration with Product and Marketing teams
Track record of building successful user acquisition campaigns
Desire to innovate and seek new ways to drive user growth
Proven analytical and quantitative skills coupled with the ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights across the company
Proficiency with leading analytics, testing, reporting and social marketing tools
A resourceful self-starter
Strong brand instincts
Experience in mobile apps, consumer products and startups preferred
With more than 650,000 downloads, mom.life is a free mobile app where moms can connect, laugh, cry, brag and vent with other moms who get it. We have a passionate community of moms who spend 1 hour per day in our app, which is industry-leading engagement. Mom.life has begun to monetize our product in Europe and we’ve raised seed funding of $1M from leading international investors in December 2015 to grow mom.life in the U.S., our core market.
